This was my first illustration using Adobe Illustrator CS and the 3D filter. All the trees were rendered 3D by rotating a triangle around into a cone. Then I used that cone to produce a veritable forest.
The green dress was an experiment in using gradient meshes. Finally, I was able to produce decent coloring and shading!
Also, each hand has exactly four fingers and a thumb. No more laziness in drawing hands!
