I can pinpoint the exact source of two of my fetishes. One of them comes from this woman here, The Baroness. (I'll address the other fetish with my next illustration.)
G.I. Joe celebrates its 25th anniversary this year. (Well, the Joe revival anyway. The 12" figures had been around long before 1982.) It seems a perfect time to finally draw my illustration of the Baroness that I've been wanting to do for ages. The Baroness didn't make her debut in the G.I. Joe world until 1985. I was 11 years old at the time and the hormones were percolating. Needless to say, I wound up developing a thing for the domme look.
I started this illustration, as usual, with pencil sketches. After some rough drafts to get the pose just right, I started sketching out the final drawing. Once the final drawing was done, I scanned it into Photoshop and then dropped that image into Illustrator. Then I worked my Illustrator magic to get the illustration you see here.
It's been a while since I've done an actual illustration. It was fun. I should do them more often.
